    Registration fees include:
    • Access to scientific sessions, poster sessions and the exhibition
    • All conference materials (pass, program,...)
    • Lunch and coffee breaks on site

    • Please note that Conference dinner on Wednesday 2nd July is an extra option and is not included (50€ VAT Excl.)

  • CANCELLATION POLICY


    Delegates who find themselves unable to attend Pharmabiotics 2025 Conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to Insight Outside at pharmabiotics2025@inviteo.fr
     

  • ACCOMMODATION


    The Cardo Hotel is the official venue for the conference.
     
    To enhance your stay, a special rate has been secured exclusively for conference participants. A booking link will be provided upon finalizing your registration.

  • DATA PROCESSING (GDPR)


    The information entered into the registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer for Pharmabiotic Research Institute (PRI) in order to manage the logistic organization of the 10th Pharmabiotics Conference.
    The list of recipients of the data will be strictly limited to the following suppliers of the conference:
